2. Overview
We only process personal data to the extent necessary to operate the website and to handle your enquiries. This website does not set cookies for visitors, does not use analytics or advertising services and loads fonts from its own server.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is operated by an external provider: Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When pages are accessed, the server processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer and browser details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and stable operation of the website. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; it forms part of the provider’s terms of service.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the information you provide (name, email address, optionally company and number of items, requested service and message) in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Your message is transmitted to us by email via IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.
To prevent misuse, we store a check value (hash) derived from your IP address when you submit the form; we do not store the IP address itself. The check value is used only to limit too many requests in a short time. It expires after one hour and is then deleted automatically. The same applies, with a period of 15 minutes, to failed login attempts in the website’s administration area.
We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Cookies
No cookies are set for visitors to this website. Only when staff log in to the website’s administration area does WordPress use technically necessary login cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, please contact us at the address above.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA) in Ansbach, Germany.
7. Encryption
This website is transmitted in encrypted form via HTTPS. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar.
